A few important updates for all players:  

1. Update Your Discord Name

To keep things organized, everyone must update their Discord name on this server to match their Meta Quest username exactly. If you're unsure how to do this, just ask ChatGPT or post in the support channel for help.  

2. Inactivity Policy

We’ve noticed many registered players not signing up for events. Remember, once registered for the league, you still need to register EACH week for the tournaments, where you select your preferred tee times. Going forward:

• If you miss 2 consecutive tournaments without prior notice, you will be marked inactive.,

• Reinstating your account will require a $10 reactivation fee.,

• If you know you can’t participate this season, simply submit a Support Request to be removed. You’ll be free to return next season at no cost.,

This helps us keep the league running smoothly for active, committed players. The league will always be free for those who participate regularly — even when we introduce sponsored events with cash prizes.  

3. Bookmark the Website in Your Quest Browser

Make sure you have www.VGAProTour.com saved on your Quest browser — it’s your go-to source for schedules, scores, tee times, and updates, even mid-round.  

4. Complete Your Player Profile

Starting next week, incomplete profiles will not be eligible for tournament entry.

• Your profile must include:

• Full name

• Meta Quest ID

• Profile picture

• Home Town

• Attachment Brand (if using)

• Brand/Stream Sponsor (if you have one)  

Dress code alert:

For U.S. Open Week, all players must wear golf apparel during rounds. I’ll be grabbing updated avatars this week, so suit up and play sharp!
