As we continue to grow and move toward cash prize tournaments, we are tightening standards to ensure consistent, competitive, and professional play across the league.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR STATUS
Your Pro Tour Card (top left of your profile) now determines your standing:
GOOD STANDING
Active Pro Handicap
Competing regularly
Eligible for all events
INACTIVE
No recent participation OR no Pro Handicap
Limited eligibility
SUSPENDED
Rule violations
Excessive DNPs
Check your profile regularly. Know where you stand.
NEW & ENFORCED RULES (READ CAREFULLY)
DRESS CODE – NOW ENFORCED
All players must wear proper golf attire on their avatar during rounds.
No exceptions moving forward
Violations may result in penalties or DQ
META COMMUNITY – REQUIRED
The VGA Pro Tour Meta Community is the official hub for:
Tee time coordination
Lobby setup
Communication
If you are not in the group, you are not eligible to compete
DNP RULE – NOW STRICTLY ENFORCED
DNP = Missing your scheduled tee time without proper notice well in advance
NEW RULE:
3 DNPs = 30 DAY SUSPENSION
No exceptions. This disrupts groups and impacts competitive integrity.
INACTIVITY RULE (NEW)
If you have not played in a 2026 event by May 20:
You will be moved to INACTIVE
REACTIVATION POLICY
Inactive players (excluding those actively working on a Pro Handicap):
Must pay a $25 reactivation fee to return to active status
COMING SOON: POINTS DECAY
To maintain a truly competitive leaderboard:
Points decay for inactivity will be implemented soon
Stay active or lose ground.
