The countdown is on.

There are only 24 HOURS LEFT to register for the inaugural season of the VGA Virtual Team Golf Pro League!

If you want to play Team Golf, or if you're interested in becoming one of our team captains, now is the time to make sure your registration is updated.

 REGISTRATION CLOSES OCTOBER 7

After registration closes, we'll move directly into Team Formation, when captains begin building their four-player rosters from the registered Team Golf player pool.

WHAT IS THE VTG PRO LEAGUE?

Team Golf brings a completely different type of competition to the VGA Tour.

Instead of competing only for yourself, you'll represent a team and its home golf course throughout the season.

 4-player teams

 2v2 Scramble matches

 Team home golf courses

Weekly matches - Sundays at 9:00 AM PT

 Regular season + playoffs

 Championship and season awards

Captains will select their players, establish their team's home course and make the weekly lineup decisions that determine which players are paired together for competition.

That means this isn't just about having four good golfers.

Team chemistry, pairings, course selection and strategy will matter.

ALREADY REGISTERED WITH VGA? CHECK YOUR PROFILE!

This is important.

Being registered for the VGA Singles Pro Tour does NOT automatically put you into the Team Golf player pool.

Go to your VGA Player Registration/Profile page and make sure:

“I want to join the Team Golf League” is selected.

And if you're interested in leading one of the teams:

“I want to be a Team Golf captain” is selected.

You can participate in both the Singles Pro Tour and Team Golf League - just make sure the appropriate registration options are checked.

WANT TO BE A CAPTAIN?

We're still looking for players interested in taking the next step and leading a team.

Captains will:

 Select their 4-player roster

 Select their team home course

Set their weekly 2v2 Scramble pairings/throws

 Communicate with their players

Lead their team through the regular season and playoffs

If that sounds like something you want to take on, check the Team Golf Captain option on your registration.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

This is your opportunity to be part of it from Season 1.
