Once tee times are locked, there are no changes.

Tee times are assigned from five preferred time options that YOU submit when entering an event. Once the Wednesday lock occurs, those times are final.

If you find that you cannot make your assigned tee time, you have two options:

• Withdraw from the tournament, or

• Receive a DQ if you do not show up

There are no reschedules and no tee time changes after the lock.

The only exception is if someone loses their playing partner, since solo play is not allowed.

This policy is not about being inflexible — it’s about being fair to everyone.

We cannot allow players to play whenever it’s convenient, as that would:

• Create unfair advantages

• Disrupt groups and schedules

• Undermine competitive integrity

This rule is something every player agrees to when submitting an event entry.

We fully understand that life happens.

Work, family, health, and personal responsibilities will always come first, and that’s okay.

But that also means:

• Players must make intentional choices about when they commit to VGA events

• Sometimes the right choice is not entering that week’s tournament
