⛳ Tee Times Are Locked In!
Groups and tee times are now final for this week’s VGA Pro Tour tournament.
All players must review their assigned tee time on the Current Event page and be prepared to play.
👉 Players should be logged into Golf+ at least 10 minutes before their scheduled tee time.
🕒 Joining Your Tee Time (10 Minutes Prior)
When it’s time to join your group:
First attempt to create the room (if you own the course)
Use the exact Golf+ room name and settings listed on the Current Event page.
If you cannot create the room, it means the room already exists.
Search for and join the room by the exact Golf+ room name.
All players are responsible for verifying the room settings before the round begins.
❗ Playing with incorrect settings will result in a DQ.
⏱️ Tee Time & Start Rules
You must play at your assigned tee time
Be ready 10 minutes prior
There is a 5-minute grace period
The round may start no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled tee time
Do NOT start early, even if all players are present
🚫 No-Shows & Late Players
Any player who is a no-show or late beyond the 5-minute grace period is DQ’d
Remaining players may start the round after the grace period
Minimum players to start a round: 2
No solo rounds allowed
If only one player shows up:
That player may request to join another existing group from the schedule
Players may NOT self-reschedule or create new tee times on their own
❌ There are NO solo player exceptions.
📊 Scoring & Verification
The league will collect and verify all scores
No screenshots required
Do not submit scores manually
🎙️ Voice Chat Policy
Voice chat is optional
Voice chat may be turned OFF after the tee off on Hole #1
Keep communication professional and minimal to avoid delays
🏌️ Golf Etiquette & Professional Standards
Do not stand in another player’s line of sight while putting
Golf attire is required (golf shirt and cap)
Be mindful of background noise and open microphones
