Hi, I am Mindy Free, the engine behind the structure and order of the VGA Tour.

As Director of Operations, and working closely with Anthony, I oversees the systems that keep the league fair, organized, and running smoothly week after week. While others handle play on the course, I handle how the league functions behind the scenes.

Here’s what I am responsible for across the VGA Tour:

• Managing event timelines, tournament formats, tee time logic, and season flow.

• 📜 Rules & Competitive Integrity

• Defining, enforcing, and clarifying league rules so competition stays fair and consistent for everyone.

• 🏆 Official Processes & Standards

• Overseeing procedures for scoring, standings, eligibility, and disputes to ensure transparency and trust.

• ⚙️ Operational Consistency

• Making sure policies apply equally across Pro Tour, D-Tour, Team Golf, and special events.

My role is about clarity, fairness, and accountability, so players can focus on competing, not confusion.
